Physically and mentally exhaustion / Sunday, August 16, 2009
It's sunday and most working people like me will be screaming mad about going back to work. Haha. Weekends are always short for people who started working. Same here. During weekends, it's working, working and working for me too. Fortunately, I'm still able to squeeze in some precious time for my friends and relatives.
Yesterday was the first time I've sent a complaint letter. It is targeted to a Indian cashier at Carrefour hypermarket. She simply drove me to the limit that I've decided to waste some time and produce a feedback to Carrefour. She saw me standing right in front of the counter but treated me like Mr Transparent. Talk to me with her nose high up the sky, trying to catch every single O2 molecules in PS. When I requested for a carrier, she doesn't want to give me because all in her mind is that the bag is made of gold. Anyway, I would like to meet her again. HAHAHA.
Actually, came to think of yesterday, it was really eventful. Audrey and I saw a long queue, so I suggested to make movie ticket purchase at AXS machine. Hell, it wasted our time just like queueing up for the ticket. The machine refused to spit the ticket. I scolded the machine and walked to the GV counter. One GV staff suggested that I should call the AXS customer service line. I called and her reply surprised me. She told me that my transaction wasn't successful. But the machine flashed a big 'Successful' to me. Luckily I was observant enough. Haha. So AXS lady gave me a few magical numbers to inform GV. I spelt out the magical numbers and we received the magical scroll. With the magical scroll, we were able to enter the magical door to watch the intelligent movie called 'Orphan'.
After the movie, the Carrefour incident happened and we took train home. Saw a pregnant lady but due to intense phototaking session, we neglected her. She got her seat from a kind commuter and we carried on with our rubbish. Soon came another lady, she got a big bulge on her tummy. Maybe due to the awareness created by the previous lady, I got up of seat instantly and my cousin did the same. That lady and I started to play the 'you sit la, never mind la' game. In the end, she took the seat as Jr won the game. As we walked to the next cabin, other commuters were looking at us and I came to think that is she really pregnant. Audrey wasn't sure at all and we decided to alight and board the next train. We alighted and got in, to the same train again. Haha. Total madness. Well, it doesn't really matters. Be it pregnant or not, it's up to my coutesy to provide a seat to anyone who needs it more than me.
