NS story...



Gonna nag abit about the NS stuff before any other stuffs. Well, I'm turning 1 year old soldier in less than 2 months. Is my watch spoilt? Haha. 1 year is quite a long time. The more time you spend together with the people around you, the more you will start to cherish their existence.



Heard that one of my platoon mate will be leaving us to another company. This particular guy, he is a simple person who just wanting to serve and leave. He always do his job when instructed and has been trying hard to improve himself. Initially, I can't see much of his effort. After the very last SOC and the way he do his pull up, I can say that he isn't those 'bo chap' person who I used to think he is.



Felt kind of sad and unfair to him. Thinking back, I used to dislike him in the past. But now, everything is so fine. The reason why he is being chosen is simple. He isn't good enough to be among the best. I feel for him as I'm one of the weaker ones in that platoon. I'm just a little bit lucky to have passed my SOC and IPPT. If not, I think I will be the one who being shown the exit. It's kind of unlucky that he is the chosen one. What to do? That's the ugly side of life. If you are not good, you will be eliminated.
