As you can see, we are highly enthusiatic about this trip. Can you see the EAGERNESS and EXCITEMENT from our faces? Hahaha. We Roar our way to Batam.
This is the interior design of the ship. On the television, there were this show which is super duper funny. We laughed damn loudly in the ship like two escaped mad cow. It's about a baby who was kidnapped or something. It's hilarious. Anyone knows the movie?
Kind of Bored while watching the movie. So you can see that we are engaging with our favourite pass time and hobby. This is the best way of communicating with cousin wai. Anyway, he lost Rupiah 10000 to me. Hahahaha. Looks big but in fact, it's just less than 2 dollars.
Look outside the ferry, we can see wonderful scenery. Hohoho. It was a rainy day but fortunately, not heavy thunder storm. hahaha.
Upon reaching the Batam Centre, I saw this building outside the window. It is a very new building which was not established a year ago. See, look at the difference between then and now.
Hired a cabby to our most frequent Formosa Hotel. There is no meter on their taxi. Everytime you hire a taxi, you have to bargain price with them. I don't understand their language so I'll let my cousin and aunty to handle it. What's more, we can squeeze as pack as a sardine in a cabby.
My favourite Arcade game in Batam. It cost only 40 cents per try. In Singapore, we will have to pay $1 for it. I just love to play arcade there. 10 cents per token. See the big difference. By the way, did you noticed the number? 6 and 6. I hit a jackpot there. Hoho.
So this was the price of the jackpot. I think it's 54 tickets. You can see alot of people eyeing for the tickets. Hahahaha. I got excited when I see tickets coming out from machine. Hahahaha.
Noticed the number again? 11 and 11. I hit JACKPOT again. It's a world class skill to hit jackpot twice using just $4. So I grabbed my cousins to take pictures with me. LoL. See their sour faces? Hahaha. They didn't managed to hit jackpot on that day.Okay, it's show off time again. Tickets running out again. Look at that idiot, he was so happy for me too. He took the hammer but too bad, he was not lucky boy. Hahaha.
This is the interior of the mall. Nothing special. Taken while we are leaving that place.
Taken while we are heading to the dunno what mall. I'm sucky in remembering names. We went to another shopping mall to had our dinner and at the same time, continued with our shopping spree and arcade fun. hahahaha. They had their famous Lotong Mee. As for me? Roti Loh. Haha. Alright, this is a freskish story time. During midnight about 2 - 3 am Singapore time, all of my cousins went down to play pool and supper. As for me, I am a couch potato so I intended to stay in the hotel room. As I got a little tired, I went to brush my teeth. While brushing, I saw a figure (wearing brownise baju) walking passed the door. It is the place which is shown on the picture above. Don't wanna say more.Early next morning, after we had our breakfast, we headed to the mall again. While walking towards the mall, I took out the camera and started snapping pictures. They thought that I am crazy. HAha.
Street of Batam. Looks like the olden days of Singapore.
Don't judge a book by its cover. This is a fantasic 'Bah Kut Teh' in Batam. As I have not tasted it before, I couldn't give any comment. But from reliable sources (my aunty and cousins), they simply fall in love with this thing. I think copyright law should impose in Batam too. Micky Mouse? Hahahaha.
Pictures taken off the streets of Batam. The environment is abit dirty and disorganised. A big BUT, you can find lotsa cheap and delicious delicacies in these stores.
Then we headed to the Tua Pek Kong Temple. The temple space is very huge. You can see lotsa buddha figures and statues. And ya, there you goes. I caught a big fish. Hahaha.
Meow Meow. I heard something coming from the rubbish bin. Someone threw the cat in the rubbish bin. Poor thing, I think that it will surely die there. The sentences that were mentioned was frictional. This kitten hopped into the bin in search for its meal. 'Clever' Kitten.
Started monkey around with camera again. This time round, we shipped to the next destination. Oh wait, I don't see any water in there.
Enough of smily pictures. I think most of the pictures above are smily pics. So, a fresh new one, Kiam Pa Face. Next time I got to take more of such pictures. Alright, this is taken at another mall, Top 100. The Donuts are delicious.
While waiting for time to passed, my youngest cousin dragged me to the aquarium nearby. The first picture shows the dunno what fish. They are hell damn big. Believed to be dinosaur age. Second picture is taken with my favourite Arowana. Hahaha. So cool. Big and Nice and FANTASIC.
Home Sweet Home. Took the picture while travelling back to the ferry terminal. Night time of Batam.
Getting back. Batam Fast again? This time it was real fast.

Well, the above pictures are taken on the 21 December 2006. As you can see, most pictures are taken when I put on the mask. This means that I am more popular and attractive in mask. Hahaha. Woke up very early to prepare for the bbq items. Shopped around Tampines with Yvonne and Esther before the rest came.
In Chalet, played a few mahjong games. Then started preparing an early bbq while they rest were being served like queens and kings. Kidding la. They were doing the bbq-ing too. After the bbq, we played the Jacky Wu's Hai Ni Zhai Xing Kuo Nan Kai. The punishment were sadistic. I drank peanut butter plus water and got water bombed. After that, we went to have a few role play acting scenes using Esther's camera. They love my role as sissy. Damn. I hate that role tho.
Went home on the next day and started preparing for Red Box Company's Dinner @ Plaza Cafe. Hehe. Fun Day after all. And ya, not to forget. Thanks RACHEL for the Jean Perry Towel and ESTHER for the UNWANTED FACE MASK.
